Germany Venue & Installation Regulations

German exhibition centers have strict construction rules. All structural designs, double deck stands, and suspended ceiling rigs require official static analysis and engineering sign-offs. Eco-friendliness is a major focus, and materials must meet DIN 4102 B1 fire safety regulations (fire retardant). On-site construction hours are strictly enforced.

Exhibition Preparation Checklist for Germany

✓Submit stand drawings to the venue organizer for structural approvals at least 8-12 weeks in advance.
✓Ensure all wooden, textile, and plastic materials have DIN 4102 B1 (or equivalent EN 13501-1) fire retardant certificates.
✓Pre-order heavy electrical power lines, suspended rigging points, and water supply directly from the venue service portal.
✓Schedule stand handover at least 24 hours prior to the official opening for cleaning and branding checks.

Yes. We regularly build specialized displays, including rotating platforms, illuminated showcases, and interactive touch-screen columns.

Is all furniture brand new?

We manufacture brand new custom items for each project. Loose furniture (such as chairs and barstools) is supplied in pristine, like-new condition.

Can we build a double deck stand in Germany?

Yes, double deck stands are permitted in most German halls, but they require a structural engineering certificate stamped by a registered German structural engineer. VAV Grup manages this entire process.
