- RAI Amsterdam: maximum construction height 275 cm for most stand types; island-stand exemptions are requested together with the stand design.
- RAI Amsterdam: stand materials fire propagation class 1 or 2 (NEN 6065) with a flame-proofing certificate; suspension wires attached by RAI's designated supplier.
- Jaarbeurs Utrecht: standard height 2.5 m, up to 5 m with stand-approval sign-off depending on the hall; trusses hang from rigging points only.
- Rotterdam Ahoy (Europort): 2.75 m standard; electricity and suspension points via the exclusive supplier named in the show manual.
- Ship stand materials from Türkiye with an A.TR certificate (EU–Türkiye customs union).
