Portugal's trade fair calendar is concentrated at FIL in Lisbon (four 10,000 m² pavilions) and Exponor near Porto (45,000 m² covered). Key B2B events include BTL (tourism), Tektónica (construction), Lisbon Food Affair and the biennial EMAF industrial fair; Web Summit also fills FIL every November. FIL's general height limit is 3 m, and taller designs need drawings 20 days before build-up.

Messe-Vorbereitungsliste
- At FIL, plan for a 3 m general height limit; anything taller needs plans, sections and elevations submitted at least 20 days before build-up.
- Carpets at FIL must be fire-retardant (class M3); keep material certificates on the stand.
- Mains connection at FIL is done only by FIL; hanging elements need FIL approval and are installed by FIL's concessionaires.
- Ship stand materials from Türkiye with an A.TR certificate (EU–Türkiye customs union); display products you take back can travel on an ATA Carnet.
