Grupa MTP lists MTP Poznań Expo at 150,000 sqm of exhibition space, and Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn states 153,000 sqm in six pavilions. Targi Kielce lists 90,000 m² of exhibition space including 36,000 m² indoors in seven halls, and EXPO XXI Warsaw 13,500 m² of space in four halls. Poland is an EU member state; industrial goods from Türkiye move under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union with an A.TR movement certificate, and both countries are part of the ATA Carnet system.

- MTP Poznań: submit two copies of the stand construction plans to the MTP Technical Coordinator no later than 10 days before build-up starts; stands over 3.5 m need static calculations or a stability statement signed by a holder of a building licence.
- MTP Poznań: two-storey stands need at least 2.4 m per storey and an upper floor of no more than 60% of the ground-floor area; at the Poznań Congress Center stands may not exceed 3 m.
- Ptak Warsaw Expo: send the technical stand project with plans and a visualisation for approval at least 21 days before the first build-up day, and keep fire certificates for non-flammable or flame-retardant materials.
- Targi Kielce: its stand designers' regulations (PDF uploaded in 2019 – confirm the current version with the organiser) require designs for verification at least 14 days before the official start of build-up and rule out ceiling suspension in halls 1–4 and 8.
- Ship stand materials (industrial goods) from Türkiye with an A.TR movement certificate (EU–Türkiye Customs Union); exhibits that return home can travel under an ATA Carnet (issued in Türkiye by TOBB).
