- COEX and KINTEX show manuals typically limit stand height to 5 m (COEX: up to 6 m for large wall-side booths, 4 m in swing spaces).
- All stand materials must be non-combustible or flame-retardant.
- Electrics must be installed by a contractor registered with COEX or appointed by KINTEX; at KINTEX the construction contractor is registered online with the show secretariat.
- Exhibits can travel on an ATA Carnet; confirm the re-export deadline with the issuer.
