Floor plan and getting there

DWTC is on the Dubai Metro Red Line at World Trade Centre Station. DEC's nearest station is Expo 2020 (R76), a few minutes' walk away; a shuttle links the DEC parking zones with the Arrivals Plaza on event days, and parking there is free. DEC is about 40 km from Dubai International Airport, a drive of roughly 35 to 45 minutes depending on traffic.

Rules and build-up
Neither Gulfood's public pages nor DWTC's exhibitor page publish stand-build rules, height limits, contractor registration or build-up dates. DWTC tells exhibitors to consult their exhibitor portal or manual, and it lists its own stand design and build service. Buying services through its Event Plus system requires registration as a show participant. In practice, your first job once the stand is confirmed is to obtain the exhibitor manual and ask how third-party stand contractors are approved. Do not carry limits over from another Dubai show.

With two venues and no public build rules, the work starts with questions rather than drawings: which hall, who approves outside builders, and what the height and approval limits are. Our 6,000 m² facility produces the stand and our own crews install it, so one team answers for the result.
