EMO MILANO 2021 (previous Milan edition; organiser press release of 23 September 2025): the organisers succeeded in attracting 60,000 operators (the Italian original reads oltre 60.000, more than 60,000). For 2027 the organisers have reserved all 12 exhibition halls available for the trade show

Build-up / breakdown dates

Set-up 23 September–3 October 2027, to be completed by 12:00 on 3 October; dismantling may start only after the show closes (9 October) and must be finished no later than 12 October 2027 (organiser's 2027 General Rules, art. IV/19 and IV/22)

Stand height limits

Maximum stand height 6.50 m from the pavilion floor, where the technical and structural characteristics of the individual pavilion allow it; two-storey stands need the organiser's prior consent and Fiera Milano's approval of the design, are allowed only on a single continuous stand area of at least 90 m2 and may not exceed 6.50 m, the second level may not exceed 50% of the stand area or 200 m2 in total, and the request must reach the organiser no later than 60 days before set-up begins (organiser's 2027 General Rules, art. IV/19)
